Cinco de Mayo
Long live the Revolution! (Internal - November 20th) Long live our independence! (From Spain - September 16th.) Cinco de Mayo (Against France - May 5th) is a bigger holiday in the United States than in Mexico, but like most big things, we are adopting it and making it our own. Every year it becomes a little less about the Battle of Puebla and more a reason to party, spend time with friends, go to a restaurant or whatever. Just make sure that you don't drink and drive.
